East China University of Science and Technology solves the problem of perovskite battery lifespan: On March 7, the research team of East China University of Science and Technology successfully found a key method to extend the lifespan of perovskite solar cells and published the relevant results in the international top journal Science. They made an ultra-thin protective layer using graphene and special transparent plastics, enabling the battery to continue working for 3670 hours in a simulated strong light and high temperature environment while still maintaining 97% of its power generation efficiency, which is the longest stable working time among similar batteries currently.
